I headbanged with an empty stomach. Now, that, made me dizzy. The neck hurts. Didn't stretch. I deserved it.
My neck is so weak that if my head made an acute angle to the ground, gravity could easily pull my head all the way down.
I was banging my head alongside GC and Jaarvis, who organized the gig. Jaarvis, with his long hair, was doing the 360 degree circular headbanging. So, for every rotation, the edge of his hair would slap my face and I could sense the smell of Pantene shampoo. Very nice, seriously. I got a weakness for nice-smelling hair.
It was good.
