Random: And our guesses were all wrong. ITALY (From left: Azhari, Zaki, Errmm, Hazim, Rohaizal)
I was rushing through my drawers and I found this piece of article. I giggled once I saw it. Since I'm bored, I shall write about it. The story goes like this.... Hazim and me were in school training and we met up after our respective trainings. Btw, it was during the World Cup season and everyone was in this Joga Bonito mood. Thusss, we played soccer and I received a call from Kak Nur or Kak Yani. That's all I guess?
Ohh, I was soooo confident that Brazil gonna own the trophy once again and Hazim was rooting for England. And guess what? Neither Argentina, Brazil, England made it to the semis nor quarter finals. Funny isn't it? And of all teams, Italy emerged as champs. I've to agree that they did have a powerhouse team with fantastic defending, with Canavaro and gang around. This reminds me of Greece winning the UEFA cup. That was a delightful surprise. Anyways, the bestest best part was when France owned Brazil with Zidane's surprising goal. Although I was cheering for Brazil, Brazil could do with some losing, for a change. AHHH, soccer's one interactive topic to talk about. Despite my lack of enthusiasm for the soccer world, I do know a thing or 2 about it. Okay, I'm lying. I LOVE SOCCER.
Enough about it. Since I'm bored yet again, I shall dedicate this few stanzas to our beloved makcik at Makan Sedap. It had been 2 years or so but I still can't figure out that makcik's name. Guilty guilty. Anyways, she's cuter than tellytubbies I tell you, haha. And yea, who can't deny that she has this classic statement, "Ye naaaakkk!", before ordering. Before I roll on, I'll display a typical ordering-conversation at Makan Sedap:
Makcik: Ye naak~~~~!!!!!
Tommy: Nasi... ayam... sayur... telur... daging...
Makcik: Nak kuah tak?!
Tommy: Nak
Makcik: Tiga dolar.. (offering her hand)
(Next person)
Makcik: Ye nakkk~~~~!!!!!
Sorry for not translating coz if I do so, it'll be missing out some makcik-ness. But but she do say "Ye nak!" to everyone, regardless of race, language, religion, age or height(?). Speaking about "Ye nak!", her "Ye nak!" has a shorter wave length and has more frequency than Gamma Rays I tell you(applying physics, booo) It's deadly. Your hair can actually wave sideways around your shoulders due to the wind like those in Silkpro, Lux and other hair products commercials. And and she made Venom look like a 3rd class villian. With her "Ye nak!", she could actually destroy Venom, haha. Okay, I'm being verbose with my points here. To summarise it all, she has this high pitched, loud voice.
Oh ya, she's one selfless, generous lady. Often, she'll give us extra toppings from nuggets to chicken and from kuah to sambal(it's free flowing though).
She's simply classic. We can't do without her.
As you can see, I'm really really bored on this wee hours of the morning. I've given myself a break throughout this first week of holiday. I'll begin my work, trainings and those things which can really get too boring and dull next week. Wee hooo. Oh ya, I'll be flying off late next week. For holiday? Sad to say, nope. Competition, training and the likes.
SHREK 3!
