I didn't go for dragon boat training. Instead, I went to pick up my grandma and gang from the airport. At 75, she's quite a tough lady I must say. This had been her 8th pilgrimage, thats a feat there. Mine was when I was 3 years old, thats a really really long time. I was the youngest? Yup, and it's quite scary. There's no others to hold on to except for my father. But I remembered I was playing with birds the whole time there. Yea.. the swallows were beautiful and the weather were fine, oh so fine. And and there's one time I was suffocating when my mum carried me to kiss this holy stone called Hajar Aswad(correct me if I'm wrong). The crowd was pushing each other like a smosh pit, better than rock concerts I tell you, hhaha. Yea, but eventually, I got to kiss(and hug) it and I'm pretty contented with this rare opportunity.
Oh ya, talking about this, I was told of this funny Macdonald's burger in India. It's called the Maharaja Burger. It's like the Big Mac of theirs. Imagine saying this, "I would like to have a Maharaja Burger Meal." HAHA
Ermmmmm, next dragon boat's training's next tuesday. It's at Kallang and it's hot there. Working out under the sun is not goooood. Running 10km before training? Is it a joke or what? But its alright, I can't afford to miss it. I was told that the competition's next friday. Wow, that's fast. And I don't know about this fresh team. Oh ya, and LK told me that them canoeists won the dragon boat team the other time. Oh my goose. Nevermind, all we need is more moral motivation. and those inspirational, underdogs speech by one of the teammates.
Ermm, I'll be going to surf around this globe with my body painted grey. Shiny grey. Not those dull grey. Shiny grey. And I'm going to use a silver-painted, board-shaped cardboard to be used as the surfing board. And you can call me Silver Surfer, Vroooooom!
